About Sprocket Power

Rising energy costs are only part of the problem

A few years ago, Sprocket Power began seeing the same challenge appear across commercial energy systems: electricity costs were rising, demand charges were increasing, and businesses were being pushed toward electrification and EV charging without a clear strategy for managing the impact.

Most solutions in the market focused on selling individual components — solar panels, EV chargers, batteries, or installation services — but rarely addressed the full economics behind a commercial energy bill.

The result was fragmented systems and growing frustration. Businesses invested in new infrastructure, yet still faced rising utility bills and little control over how or when energy was delivered to their facilities.

Sprocket Power was founded around the belief that the real problem wasn’t a lack of technology — it was a lack of integration.

Control starts with the right system

Sprocket Power approaches energy infrastructure differently. Instead of selling individual products, the company designs coordinated energy systems built around how facilities actually consume and manage power.

By combining battery storage, intelligent energy controls, microgrid architecture, and optional solar integration, Sprocket helps businesses reduce peak demand charges, smooth volatile energy loads, and regain control over their energy usage.

At the center of every project is a detailed financial and operational model that evaluates how different energy assets interact — whether that includes EV charging, solar generation, or existing electrical infrastructure.

Just as importantly, Sprocket Power remains hardware agnostic. Each system is designed around the customer’s needs rather than a specific technology vendor, ensuring that every component works together as part of a unified solution.

Expertise that stays with the project

Sprocket Power brings together decades of experience in energy infrastructure, grid operations, and commercial energy markets.

The team works closely with customers from early evaluation through system design, implementation, and ongoing performance oversight. Rather than simply selling equipment, Sprocket helps clients understand the economics of their energy usage and ensures that each system performs as intended over time.

This hands-on approach allows customers to move forward with confidence — knowing their energy infrastructure is designed not only to function, but to deliver measurable financial results.

At its core, Sprocket Power exists to help businesses regain control over their energy future.
